1. Custom Software & Development Services
Since all our services are custom-built and tailored to each client’s unique requirements, refunds are generally not possible once a project has commenced.
However, exceptions may apply under specific conditions (see below).
2. Refund Eligibility
A partial or full refund may be considered only if:
- The project has not yet started, and significant resources have not been allocated.
- The client requests a cancellation within 7 days of payment and before project kickoff.
- Softwarespk is unable to initiate or deliver the service as agreed due to unforeseen internal issues.
No refund will be issued once:
- The project has entered the design, development, or deployment stage.
- Work has been delivered, milestones have been approved, or client feedback cycles have begun.
- The delay or dissatisfaction results from lack of client communication, delayed feedback, or scope changes.
3. Advance Payments & Deposits
All advance payments and deposits made for project initiation are non-refundable, as they secure resources, project planning, and scheduling.
4. Digital Marketing & Subscription Services
Due to the dynamic and performance-based nature of digital marketing, SEO, and advertising campaigns, refunds are not provided once campaigns are launched or resources have been utilized.
Clients may request cancellation of future billing cycles (if any recurring services are agreed upon) by providing written notice 7 days prior to the renewal date.
5. Quality Assurance
We are committed to client satisfaction and offer revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
All quality-related issues will be handled through adjustments and improvements, not monetary refunds.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly at support@softwarespk.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of current and future services.

Please include your project name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and our team will respond within 5–7 business days.
